@Blur69: hello,
i use photoshop to create the effect 1ste i select the runner very precisly 2e use extract of 1 pixel 3e use the blur command - radial blur -zoom play with the figgers in the zoom command thats all, easy to do hope this will help you if you need more info please feel free to ask greetings
